Simple sourdough pancakes

In a glass bowl combine:

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups buttermilk

Stir together and let sit on counter overnight. In the morning add:

2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 Tbsp. melted butter

Stir together, adding more liquid if necessary. Cook on griddle or in skillet.
